As the solo operation manager I am, I would officially like to announce my year long experiment to analyse humans reactions to unknown infomation without the bias of money, free stamps, etc...
It may seem odd that I want to remain anonymous but its for my safety among other reasons and when the time is right, ill be happy to reveal who I am to the world. You have my pledge that my sole goal with this project is just to figure out what humans will do.
I am also happy to announce that the letters will be released to the United Kingdom, and for one of the variants; Ireland. I have selected people from across the country without any bias, pure looking at a map and sending it. For all I know, there could be an empty house at that exact address.
This project does not intend to coldcall anybody, it is purely here as a study that can show that a study does not need to be biased and payed for by companies. I can say when the project is completed, there will be a full video documenting the process of the creation, deployment, and etc of The2026Project.
I also want to say, I want to apologise for whoever gets one of the specific varients. It requires a lot of effort and ability but it is worth it in the name of science. But, I do understand if you want to quit the project if you get this one, I am happy to receive your DNS.
EDIT: Chatting with someone, I have gotten some suggestions on wording for the final letters and want to clarify there is no pressure for this project. Anything posted publically is the only infomation that is shared, no personal infomation will be posted. Everything you do is your choice.
